Reach airline crew on their layover

CrewPlanet is the verified network for airline crew. Everyone proves they work for an airline before they can see or post anything, so there are no tourists and no bots. Business accounts are invite-only, and we are opening a small number in Amsterdam.

Why airline crew

An unusual customer, and a very loyal one

The things that make crew awkward for ordinary marketing are exactly what make them valuable to a neighbourhood business.

They come back

Crew fly the same routes for years. One good first visit turns into a standing habit on every rotation through Amsterdam.

Time to fill, and a per diem

A layover is hours to spend in an unfamiliar city, with an allowance that is meant to be spent locally.

They arrive in groups

One crew member who likes your place brings the rest of the crew next time. Tables of six rather than tables of one.

They talk to each other

Aviation is a small, tightly connected profession. A recommendation travels between colleagues faster than any advertising.

They are off-peak

Layovers do not follow office hours. Crew fill the quiet parts of your week, not the Saturday rush you already have.

Every one is verified

Crew confirm their employment with an airline email address before they can use the app, so you are not paying attention to bots.

Your offers

Crew-rate deals, in the feed they already check

Publish an offer for verified crew and it appears in the deals feed and on your city's page. Change it whenever you like, as often as you like.

  • A fixed discount, a free item, or something normally unavailable
  • Shown to verified crew in your city, whoever they fly for
  • No bidding against international chains for a slot
Your profile

A place crew can actually find you

Your logo, description, address, website and socials, shown to crew browsing your city. Events sit alongside your offers, so a tasting or a quiet hour reaches the same people.

  • One business profile, kept up to date by you
  • Events for tastings, classes and quiet hours
  • Partner accounts limited on purpose
How it works

Four steps, and a few minutes of setup

1

You get in touch

Tell us who you are and where you are. We will talk about whether it is a fit, for both sides.

2

We send a code

A one-time invite code, by email. It is the only way to open a business account.

3

You set up

Download the app, redeem the code, and fill in your business profile. A few minutes.

4

You publish

Your first deal or event, whenever you are ready.

Privacy, in plain language

You reach crew. You never see who they are.

Crew are careful about who knows where they are, and several airlines actively discourage them from posting their location. That shapes how this works, and it protects you too.

No personal data, ever

No names, no contact details, no lists. Business accounts cannot browse crew profiles or message individual crew members. That is enforced in the app, not just promised here.

No tracking

We do not tell you who walked past, who viewed your profile, or where anyone is.

Verification is our job

Crew prove their employment to us. You get a verified audience without ever handling anyone's identity.

Everything is reviewed

Deals and events are checked automatically before they go live, and a person can take anything down. Nobody can pose as your business without an invite from us.

Where we are today

We would rather be straight with you than impressive

CrewPlanet is early. We are deliberately building depth around one airport before spreading out, because a crew network with a handful of members in fifty cities is useful to nobody, and a partnership built on an inflated number is worth even less.

So: Amsterdam first, a small number of founding partners, and honest figures whenever you ask for them. If you would rather wait until we are bigger, that is a completely reasonable answer and we will keep you on the list.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Who is this for?

Businesses in and around Amsterdam and Schiphol: cafés, restaurants and bars, hotels and short-stay, gyms and studios, spas and wellness, barbers and salons, experiences and rentals. Somewhere else in the world? Tell us anyway. We open new bases based on where crew and partners actually are, and we keep a list.

Why is it invite-only?

Crew trust the app only as long as everything in it is relevant and real. Vetting partners up front is cheaper than moderating a free-for-all, and it keeps your listing from being buried under a hundred others.

What makes a good crew deal?

Something clear and genuinely worth the detour: a fixed discount, a free item with a purchase, or access to something normally unavailable. Vague or heavily conditional offers get ignored.

Can I choose which airlines see my deal?

No. Deals are shown to verified crew in your city, whoever they fly for. Crew change airlines more often than you would think.

Do I need to be near the airport?

No. Crew stay all over Amsterdam and head into the city on layovers. Being easy to reach by public transport matters far more than being close to Schiphol.

How long does setup take?

Once you have a code, a few minutes, and you can publish straight away.

Tell us about your business

A couple of lines is plenty: who you are, where you are, and what you might offer crew. A person reads these and you will get a real reply, not an automated sequence.
